This policy explains what information Crutch Reviews ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Crutch Reviews is operated by NLH Enterprises LLC. By using this site or submitting your email, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you opt in (an email form, the quiz, or a guide download) we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, and your quiz answers.
• Collected automatically: basic usage data through Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other sites (for example pages viewed, device type, and the site that referred you). We also infer a coarse location (country and region, never a precise address) and record the page you arrived on, so we can understand where our audience comes from.
• Marketing attribution: if you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, your browser stores the campaign tags from the URL (such as utm_*, gclid, and fbclid) in its local storage, so we can credit the right source if you sign up later. You can clear this any time by clearing your browser storage.

How we use your information

• To send the guide, quiz results, and the emails you asked for.
• To recommend crutches and related products and services we think are relevant to you.
• To understand and improve the site and our content.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. When it is enabled it sets cookies and collects usage and device data, and it loads only if you have not opted out using our consent banner. Our own Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless. We do not currently run advertising or retargeting pixels (such as Meta, Reddit, or AdRoll). The marketing attribution described above is stored in your browser.

This site is intended for visitors in the United States, where analytics run on an opt-out basis (you can decline at any time with the consent banner). We have not implemented prior-consent ("opt-in") cookie controls for the EU or UK. If you are visiting from a region that requires prior consent before non-essential cookies load, please decline using the banner or adjust your browser settings.

Email and consent

We email you only if you opt in. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We may use your quiz answers to send more relevant content.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process data only on our behalf:

• HubSpot, for email and contact management.
• Vercel, for website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Google, for Google Analytics (loaded only when enabled and not opted out).
• Amazon and other retailers: when you click an outbound "Check price" or buy link, you are taken to that retailer under our affiliate tag. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time using our consent banner. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents (under the CCPA and CPRA) and residents of the EEA and UK (under the GDPR) have these rights. To make a request, email nlhenterprisesllc@gmail.com, or use the consent banner to opt out of analytics cookies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International users

We are based in the United States and process information there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
